Pinnacle has strengthened its presence in the iGaming market in Ontario, Canada, through a new technological partnership. The operator has teamed up with EveryMatrix to use its Casino Engine tool, with plans to launch EngageSuite and Bonus Engine shortly.

This marks the first time that Casino Engine has been introduced to the North American market.

Pinnacle is bolstering its iGaming offering in Ontario, where it already operates an online casino. To differentiate its services and solidify its position as a leader in the local market, Pinnacle has partnered with EveryMatrix and its CasinoEngine platform.

Pinnacle Leads Ontario iGaming Market with CasinoEngine

CasinoEngine acts as a comprehensive platform for iGaming, allowing Pinnacle to quickly enhance its operations in Ontario. The partnership is significant for EveryMatrix as well, as this is the first time their CasinoEngine and its suite of solutions have been available to North American audiences.

The collaboration doesn’t end with CasinoEngine, however. A second phase of the partnership will integrate EveryMatrix’s Bonus Engine, helping Pinnacle streamline its bonusing process. Additionally, Pinnacle will have access to Bonus Guardian, a tool designed to combat “bonus abuse,” or exploitative behavior related to bonuses.

But that’s not all. Pinnacle Ontario will also benefit from EngageSuite, EveryMatrix’s leading tools for customer retention and engagement. This suite will allow Pinnacle to tailor campaigns, segment audiences, and create targeted rewards for specific groups, enhancing the overall iGaming experience locally.
