A man in Victoria, Australia, recently experienced a life-changing win after purchasing a TattsLotto ticket, taking home a staggering AU$919,034. This win is part of a total of seven division one winning entries in the latest TattsLotto draw, which occurred on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Echuca Lucky Lotto store, located at 196 Hare Street in Echuca. The lucky winner’s numbers in TattsLotto draw 4589 were 36, 9, 37, 35, 23, and 29, with supplementary numbers 20 and 31.
This prize marks the first division one win of such magnitude for the Goulburn Valley area in 2025. However, the ticket was unregistered, so the lottery had no way of contacting the winner directly. Instead, the man had to come forward to claim his prize, which he did after visiting the newsagency to confirm his luck.
Upon realizing he was the winner, the man was overwhelmed with excitement. “Wow! It’s hard to believe! Haha, wow! It’s been so nerve-wracking carrying around this unregistered ticket. I’ll definitely be registering any tickets from now on,” he shared with an official from The Lott.
As for his plans, the father from Echuca said he would use the windfall to pay off his mortgage and set aside money to help his children with home deposits. “I’ll be responsible with it, but I’ll also enjoy it,” he added.
